We are excited to announce our upcoming 8-week online course ‘The Spirituality Of The Womb’

Through understanding the cycle and the various spiritual stations (ahwaal) that we pass through each stage, we gain the knowledge and tools to use during each chapter to gain closeness to ourselves, our wombs, and ultimately God.

This course will introduce the Ruhaniat arahim cycle chart, breaking down each phase whilst using lessons from the lives of women of God and Islamic spirituality.

With an in-depth class on the foods that support the feminine vessel, a somatic class on your personal period story, weekly newsletters, and an optional mid-week circle to ask questions and form womb-to-womb bonds with other sisters, this course is for those who wish to learn how to gently flow through their sacred cycles and fall in love with the gift of the womb and The Most Merciful.

    Each lesson is roughly two hours long with a short break.

    Access to class recordings

    All class recordings will be emailed out 24 hrs after each live session.

    7 weekly sessions to cultivate sisterhood, open discussion, and female suhbah (community)

    The Hearth is a weekly integration and embodiment session and an opportunity to form deeper connections, have your questions answered, and participate in activities to further the week’s topic.

    Access to The Hearth is a bonus add-on that is highly recommended to integrate the knowledge learned throughout the course in real-time.
