Tending To The Feminine In The Month Of Mercy

This gathering is for women who feel the exhaustion of “holding it together” during the Month of Mercy while their bodies, wombs, and cycles are in need of something softer, slower, and truer.

This is not a productivity-focused Ramadan workshop.

This is a space to tend the feminine, honour the womb as an amānah, and remember that caring for the body can be an act of worship.

Why This Space Exists

Ramadan is often taught through a masculine lens of endurance and output.

But women’s bodies move through cycles that when honoured, allow for deeper embodied spirituality.

In this 2.5-hour live virtual workshop, we will explore:

• Mercy as nourishment, not depletion

• The womb as a site of ibaadah

• How to tend the cycle during Ramadan

• What rest, scent, and beauty offer the fasting body

• How sacred women approached devotion

• How to plan the month in a way that honours health and imaan

Includes a gifted copy of The Femininity Of Ramadan E-book Journal 2026 edition - purchased 1000+ for the past 4 years!
